Invisalign

What is Invisalign?

Invisalign straightens teeth using a series of nearly invisible, removable aligners that are custom-made specifically for your teeth. As you replace each aligner every 7-10 days , your teeth will move – little by little, week by week, gradually moving towards the projected final position.

Comfortable, clear and removable – Invisalign transforms your smile without disrupting your life. Something that over 4 million people worldwide have already discovered.

Are you ready for your new smile?

An Invisalign Treatment Plan that is made for you

Before a treatment plan can be created, your Invisalign Provider will take an impression or a scan of your teeth to check whether they can be straightened using the Invisalign System. Once confirmed, a detailed treatment plan will then be developed using ClinCheck®, our virtual 3D treatment plan. ClinCheck shows the series of movements your teeth are projected to go through over the course of the treatment − so you can see how your teeth are expected to look at the end of your Invisalign treatment before it even begins.

Smiling every step of the way

When you begin your Invisalign treatment, you will wear each set of custom-made aligners in 10-14 day increments. As you progress through the series of aligners, your teeth will begin moving, little by little, gradually moving towards the projected final position.

During this time you will have occasional check-ups with your Invisalign Provider in order to monitor your progress and ensure you are comfortable with the treatment

Designed to fit your lifestyle

The time it takes to complete the treatment varies from person to person, depending on the complexity of each straightening issue. It is important to speak with your Invisalign Provider to determine how Invisalign best suits your situation and goals, and to agree the best way forward for you.

To find out how you can achieve the smile you always wanted with Invisalign

Can Invisalign work for you?

Invisalign® treats a range of straightening issues, ranging from minor tooth movements to more complex cases. Whatever the issue, the result is a new, more even smile that you will want everyone to see.

Here are some of the straightening issues that can be treated with Invisalign.

overcrowded teeth

Overcrowded teeth occur when there is a lack of room within your jaw for all of your teeth to fit normally.

widely spaced teeth

Widely spaced teeth occur when you have extra space within your jaw.

cross bites

Cross bites occur when the upper and lower jaws are both misaligned. It usually causes one or more upper teeth to bite on the inside of the lower teeth, and can happen on both the front and/or the sides of the mouth.

deep bites

Deep bites occur when the upper teeth overlap significantly with the lower teeth.

under bites

Under bites occur when the lower teeth protrude past the front teeth, usually caused by undergrowth of the upper jaw, overgrowth of the lower jaw, or both.

Treatment comparison

The difference is clear.

When it comes to deciding on the best treatment type for straightening your teeth, there really is only one option: Invisalign. Only Invisalign offers the depth of innovation, the clinical studies and technology that can accurately control the way your teeth are straightened. Fixed braces and other clear aligner solutions just can’t compete. And here’s why:

Always innovating.

Invisalign is different to traditional teeth straightening treatments. Using innovative technology that we invented and continue to evolve, Invisalign comes as a series of clear removable aligners that straighten your teeth, little by little, and unlike fixed braces, there are no wires or brackets. This means there is no metal and they are nearly invisible when you wear them.

In when you want them in. Out when you don’t.

Fixed braces can only be removed by trained professionals – this can hinder your ability to clean your teeth and gums effectively, and may limit what you can eat comfortably.

Because Invisalign aligners can be removed at any time during treatment, you can eat whatever you want, maintain good oral hygiene, and choose to remove them briefly for special occasions such as weddings or big meetings. Your lifestyle remains intact.

Look forward to your new smile.

Whatever the goals of your treatment plan, your Invisalign Provider will always give you a clearly defined Treatment Plan. They will also show you what your teeth might look like during and after the treatment with ClinCheck – our virtual 3D treatment plan.

ClinCheck shows the series of movements your teeth are projected to go through over the course of the treatment. This enables you to see what your teeth are expected to look like when the treatment is finished and monitor changes as you go.
